10x-pert Workshop: Towards High Resolution Epigenomics - Analyzing and Visualizing Single Cell ATAC-seq Data
Join us to learn about analyzing and visualizing single cell ATAC-seq data (Assay for Transposase-Accessible Chromatin using sequencing). Using Loupe Cell Browser, an easy-to-use visualization tool, navigate genome-wide chromatin accessibility profiles and discover epigenetic heterogeneity at single cell resolution.

In this webinar, you will learn how to:
- Identify cell types based on chromatin accessibility

- Find promoters and transcription factor motifs that differentiate distinct cell types

- Leverage other data types such as ChIP-seq using the UCSC Genome Browser to support cell type identification

Our 10x-perts will present for about 30 - 40 minutes followed by an open Q&A session.

10x-perts:
Michael Campbell, Senior Software Engineer, Field Operations
Hank Tu, Staff Software Engineer, Field Operations
Zuly Peralta, Support Scientist
